We reach our apartment in a beautiful Venetian building, very close to the geographical center of the city, and the location is certainly a plus for this property. As soon as we cross the threshold of the property, the brightness and open view surprise us, to the point of starting to fantasize and discuss the multiple possibilities of transforming these spaces, wanting to create a unique Venetian penthouse, perfectly in line with our taste. The current layout with its two rooms, the living room, the bathroom, and the separate kitchen immediately gave us ideas for this concept. But it is when ascending to the upper floor and discovering the attic that we envisioned the possibility of creating even more airy spaces, perhaps bringing to light the wooden beams - such a characteristic element of Venetian houses - to give a touch of authenticity and a decidedly suggestive play of volumes. Or, who knows, that extra space could become a practical technical room, making the apartment even more functional - in this, the convenience of the stair lift is certainly a detail not to be overlooked.
