Recoletos is the Prime area of the Salamanca District, the closest area to El Retiro, and specifically, this residence is located steps away from Madrid's largest and most representative park. The Parque del Buen Retiro is the true protagonist of this Madrid neighborhood, which has its flanks on Calle de Alcalá and Calle O'Donnell to the north, Calle Doctor Esquerdo to the east, Avenida del Mediterráneo and Paseo de Reina Cristina to the south, and Calle Alfonso XII to the west.
