Thermi is located in the southeastern part of Thessaloniki, about 15 kilometers from the city center.  

Unique Features:   Thermi is now one of Thessaloniki’s most affluent suburbs, having developed significantly in recent years. The area consists of many newly built properties as well as townhouse complexes. In the wider area, residents can find nearby the “Mediterranean Cosmos Mall,” one of the city’s largest shopping centers, offering a wide range of options to visitors.
