We can access the plot on foot through a gate in front of the house, and through the vehicle gate that leads to an outdoor carport. We enter the house on the upper floor through a large wooden door that connects us to the spacious living room and the integrated kitchen. To the right is the living room with a fireplace and large windows that open onto a terrace with wonderful views. On the left, we find a modern kitchen with high-end appliances and a superb island. Opposite, there is a guest bathroom, followed by a wooden staircase that leads us to the lower floor. On this lower floor, we have a laundry room with access to the outside and a Balinese-inspired bathroom on the right side. On the left, there are two bedrooms with access to a terrace with stunning views. At the end of the hallway, we enter the master bedroom through a dressing room, followed by an en-suite bathroom, and at the far end, the master bedroom with access to another private terrace. All terraces offer sea views. On the floor below the previous one, we have a storage room and a bathroom on the right side, and a storage area on the left. The rest of the floor is a large and spacious living room, ideal for holding meetings, parties, a gym, or two more bedrooms, with large windows that give access to the terrace and garden. The south-facing garden is ideal for enjoying sunny days, as it features a Balinese-style saltwater pool. The entire house has underfloor heating, solar panels, a perimeter garden, and an orchard with trees on the lower level of the plot.
