New Development PURE

The "PURE" Project is a new private condominium that will be born near Avenida da Boavista, in Porto, by the hands of real estate developer FERCOPOR. FERCOPOR took the first steps in construction in Portugal in 1981, guided by Alberto Ferreira da Costa and his brothers. From the origins in Vila do Conde, in northern Portugal, to the years spent in Brazil that gave rise to Rio Ave - Real Estate Investments, it is the family history of Alberto Ferreira Costa that still today marks the rhythm of FERCOPOR. The PURE presents a proposal for minimalist architecture and sober lines, combined with the concept of "garden house". This project conceptualized by the architect José Carlos Cruz is motivated by the "aesthetics of Mondrian", which consists, in the words of the architect himself in a "symmetry, purity of lines, while nature marked the tones and the pure experience designed for the development". This exclusive complex that will be built on Rua Ciríaco Cardoso is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2025 and will consist of three buildings connected by landscaped areas. Each building will consist of three floors above ground and one below, for parking. It will have 18 two bedroom apartments, 7 three bedroom apartments, 2 three bedroom duplex apartments, 4 four bedroom apartments, one four bedroom duplex apartment, and two five bedroom duplex apartments. All fractions will have outdoor space, either large gardens or generous balconies, and also at least 2 garage spaces. The condominium has a common living room, common gardens and a gym. According to the developer, one of the main attractions of the PURE development is its location, due to its proximity to the city center of Porto, the sea, the city park and the main international colleges.
