The property lounges is the first point of contact for our clients; each lounge is strategically located and is fitted with a 24hr lit expose cabinet (property displays) as well as digital screens to market your property to all passerby’s. Our competitive advantage with each lounge and our market centre is that we are fully aware that our customers are busy people and therefore our opening hours are from 8am – 8pm on weekdays and 9am – 6pm on weekends. In the local market, we advertise a range of properties weekly in different types of local newspapers and magazines as well as all local property portals.
We have experience marketing new developments by organizing opens days, radio adverts.
As part of our marketing strategy we also have a number of company cars to elegantly promote the brand across our islands, to get your property noticed. We also promote our brand on billboards around the island.

With over 20 years experience in the residential property market we have learned a thing or two about selling and renting homes; indeed, currently we sell and rent a large number of residential homes, and manage a fair number of properties for landlords each year, which possibly demonstrates this best.

            • Your property details:

This is crucial. Upon registering your property you will receive a letter indicating the details you have communicated with the consultant. Your property has now been tagged with a reference number, which helps you communicate with any branch of your choice. Whenever possible we encourage the use of floor plans which is increasingly requested by potential purchasers. Once we do not hear from you with any amendments we immediately circulate the information to our current list of prospective purchasers seeking similar properties, as well as loading your property description and photographs on to our website.

A) Photographs: We use photos in all our marketing material, for advertisements, website, our window displays, of which our branches are located in prominent locations, ensuring high levels of passing trade.

B)  Stickers: You are most probably aware of our “for Sale and to Let” stickers placed on properties registered with us. These stickers may only be placed on properties that are not lived in.
