From end of November various Christmas markets invite to enjoy the festive and peaceful time of the year. Mallorca offers plenty of choices, both culinary and culturally to spend a fantastic Christmas time on the Island…

Christmas Markets on Mallorca:
Pueblo Español The Christmas market at Pueblo Español with festive lighting is for many people a “must” during the Christmas Season. This year the market will be open from Friday, 5th December until Monday, 8th December everyday from 12am till 11pm.
Admission 5 Euros – and one mulled wine (mulled wine)
Palma The Christmas markets on the Plaça Major, Rambla und Plaça d’Espanya open their stands from 28th November until 6th of January everyday from 10am till 9pm.
Especially recommended is a walk through the hundred thousand illuminated streets of Palma – you will feel Christmas in the air and shopping makes more fun!
Portals One of the cosiest Christmas markets is the one in Puerto Portals.
The market starts this year on the 12th December and it goes until the 6th January, open every day from 12am till 9pm.
Cultural Christmas Event-Highlights
Come and share this magical telling of Dickens’ classic tale on stage….. with traditional Christmas Carols sung along the way. Theatre Municipal Catalina Valls, Passeig de Mallorca 9, Palma, 12th – 21st December 2014 – A Christimas Carol, Charles Dickens.
“A Christmas Carol” is sure to make your whole family smile and will fill your heart with a reminder of what really is important every day of the year!
