The German online portal ImmobilienScout24 has honoured Engel & Völkers with the Property Industry Brand Award (German: Marken Award der Immobilienbranche) in the category “Best company brand”. “This is already the third award that Engel & Völkers in Germany has received in 2014. We are very proud of these outstanding results, which ultimately derive from the high number of satisfied clients and employees,” said Kai Enders, Member of the Board of Engel & Völkers AG.
250 properties companies from throughout Germany applied for the award, which was tendered for the first time this year. “Engel & Völkers is certainly the best-known real estate brand in Germany. That is the result of branding driven by passion. Engel & Völkers impressed us above all with the range and quality of the media and communication tools they employ,” was the reasoning as stated by the jury. It consisted of Michael Reidel, Head of Marketing at the magazine Horizont, Lutz Grimm, Managing Director of The Property Agency, and Volker Wohlfarth, Vice President Customer at ImmobilienScout24.
ImmobilienScout24’s Property Industry Brand Award is intended to recognise property professionals who have broken new and promising ground with their brand communication. In addition to the category “Best company brand”, awards were also given in the categories “Best project brand” and “Audience prize”.
