The annual Clover Aardklop National Arts Festival once again had the city of Potchefstroom bustling with activity. Guests from all over the country enjoyed the Potchefstroom hospitality and the Aardklop vibe during the week of 6 – 10 October 2015. Engel & Völkers Potchefstroom has been an Aardklop sponsor since the founding of the festival in Potchefstroom and this year once again formed part of the festivities.
The information points at both the entrances to the Aardklop grounds are branded with Engel & Völkers and Clover (Clover being the title sponsor for Aardklop). Throughout the festival the Engel & Völkers agents could be found at these information stations talking to clients and handing out their annual and brand new Local Guide to Potchefstroom (Click here to view the magazine online) – a complimentary magazine with information about Potchefstroom, energy efficient building, the Potchefstroom property market and Potchefstroom residents. de Land Estate at the Aardklop Festival
de Land Estate – a development by the ALS Group, known for their excellent infrastructure, was exhibited during the week. Clients could stop at the large marquee tent and enjoy an ice-cold soft drink with the Engel & Völkers agents while asking all their questions about this 30ha estate and the available stands.
Lekwena Wildlife Estate at the Aardklop Festival
Lekwena Wildlife Estate, exclusively marketed by Engel & Völkers Potchefstroom is another development by the ALS Group that enjoyed exposure during the Aardklop festival. This nature reserve is situated 11km from Potchefstroom and only 1 hour’s drive from Johannesburg. Once again the Aardklop festival was well utilised for marketing Lekwena to potential owners from all over South Africa. Interested clients received an exclusive Lekwena game drive voucher in order to experience the magic of the nature reserve for first hand. Lekwena Wildlife Estate was also marketed on air during the festival – on Overvaal Stereo. Listeners had the opportunity to learn more about this magnificent estate that offers a lifestyle with the wild on your doorstep while being only 10 minutes from all the amenities that the city of Potchefstroom offers.
