The German real estate company Engel & Völkers has more than 500 offices on five continents. It is important then, for its further development, for Engel & Völkers staff from the various countries to visit each other, get to know one another, and exchange their experience, knowledge and insights. The Engel & Völkers office in Prague is generally visited by colleagues from Germany and Austria several times per year, but at long last we were able to welcome our colleagues from sunny Beverly Hills.
The Czech capital of Prague is one of Europe’s most popular destinations, so it is not surprising that Engel & Völkers‘ brokers from Beverly Hills chose Prague as their holiday destination this year. Between visits to Prague Castle, Old Town Square and Český Krumlov, the American employees took the time to stop by our Prague office. In a very friendly atmosphere many themes were discussed: the differences between European and American business culture, what trends prevail in commercial properties in Europe and on the West Coast of the United States and, for example, what kind of marketing tools are currently popular in America. Both brokers appreciated not only the beauty of the building in which our office is located, the unusual structure and concept of our office (there is none quite like it in the world) but also our success in the Czech real estate market. We look forward to another pleasant visit from our colleagues. And if you too want to talk about investments, new trends in housing or commercial properties, come by for a coffee in our office, situated on Janáčkovo nábřeží 23 in Prague 5.
