Together with his wife and Real Estate Agent Kandyce Meierling, he brokered the villa of the Playmobil tycoon Horst Brandstätter for 38 million US dollars, or approx. 34 million euros. “The brokerage of this property brought many challenges with it and we had to mediate in several rounds of negotiations between the two parties. So we are particularly pleased that it all turned out to be worthwhile in the end and we managed to bring about a deal of such dimensions. It is not just the biggest deal since our shop opened. It is the highest sale price ever secured on Jupiter Island,” Mr. Meierling enthused. The buyer of the property is American billionaire John Malone. He is the largest private landowner in the USA with properties in Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming and New Mexico.
