This property is in one of Munich’s bordering towns, Ebenhausen-Zell located in the idyllic Isar river valley between Lake Starnberg and the Alpine foothills about 20 km South of the city centre of Munich. Every imaginable cultural and recreational activity is available in the nearby surroundings. The Cloister Schäftlarn with its famous concerts, the Hollerhaus in Irschenhausen with its art exhibitions as well as exclusive golf courses, riding stables and cheerful beer gardens are all in the vicinity. Ebenhausen-Zell offers excellent connection to Germany’s transportation infrastructure with the B11 or the A95 highway as well as the suburban train, and Munich is easy to reach in about 30 minutes with either one.

The estate agent’s fee in the amount of 3.57 % of the purchase price incl. VAT at the statutory rate shall be earned and become due at the time of closing of the purchase agreement (in duly notarized form).
