Location Describtion

This property is in one of Munich’s bordering towns, Ebenhausen-Zell located in the idyllic Isar river valley between Lake Starnberg and the Alpine foothills about 20 km South of the city centre of Munich. Every imaginable cultural and recreational activity is available in the nearby surroundings. The Cloister Schäftlarn with its famous concerts, the Hollerhaus in Irschenhausen with its art exhibitions as well as exclusive golf courses, riding stables and cheerful beer gardens are all in the vicinity. Shopping for the daily necessities and 3 kindergarten are a few minutes away, as are the primary school in Ebenhausen, the high school in Kloster Schäftlarn and the private Günther Stöhr high school. Ebenhausen-Zell offers excellent connection to Germany’s transportation infrastructure with the B11 or the A95 highway as well as the suburban train, and Munich is easy to reach in about 30 minutes with either one.
