Engel & Völkers: Buyer for villa of Hollywood star Connie Stevens found

Bel Air – this exclusive district of Los Angeles is home to Hollywood stars including Jennifer Aniston, and former US President Ronald Reagan, who also owned a villa here. A client of Engel & Völkers Los Angeles has now also found his dream home here: The property of the actress and singer Connie Stevens. She had widespread success in the 1950s and 60s with the series “Maverick”, “Hawaiian Eye” and was featured in around 20 films over the course of her career. Connie Stevens purchased the colonial-style villa in 1974 for 350,000 US dollars, which is approx. 312,000 euros. The villa sold for 17 million US dollars, which is around 15.1 million euros.

The famous architect Paul Revere Williams, nicknamed the “architect to Hollywood stars”, built the villa in the late 1930s. It has an interior of 785 m² and boasts both a large swimming pool and its own tennis court in the expansive grounds. Other amenities include a separate apartment and two guesthouses.
