In a video interview with the French online portal “ImmoMatin”, Jérôme Quentel, Managing Director of the Engel & Völkers Market Center Paris, talks about the potential of the Paris property market and the future plans for the Market Center (MC) in the city. “By the end of 2017 we are aiming to have increased the number of real estate agents working here to 330,” Jérôme Quentel said.
The MC Paris is the tenth Engel & Völkers Market Center worldwide, and opened in January 2016. In establishing the MC concept, the company is pursuing a strategy aimed at faster growth in the world’s major cities and a greater gain of market share. One key part of the concept envisages a central office space for up to 300 real estate agents. The Market Center in Paris is located on the Rue de Berri, in the 8th Arrondissement. It boasts some 1,000 square metres of office space.
