This weekend the 183. Oktoberfest on the Theresienwiese in Munich will begin! Today we present three properties that could not be more different. Whether in the middle of the event and not far from the “Wiesn” or in an idyllic location just outside of Munich – there is something for everyone’s taste.
The fantastic apartment is located in the Ludwigsvorstadt, which has developed to a trending neighbourhood over the last years. Especially known for the Oktoberfest, the biggest folk festival in the world, this district leads more than six million visitors to the “Theresienwiese” to participate in the “Wiesn” every year.
The refurbished and completely furnished apartment is reached by a glass elevator which leads to the different floors. With a ceiling height of approx. 2.70 m, high-quality parquet flooring made of massive oak and generous windows, this apartment is flooded with natural light. On 100 m² the property comprises an open plan living and dining area, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a second bathroom for guests. A real highlight is the large terrace, in addition to two balconies that create generous outdoor areas. E&V ID: W-025OKQ
Country Residence with Private Woodland
Situated in an absolutely idyllic, secluded location between Munich and Tegernsee, this exceptional and substantial property affords delightful views over the Alpine peaks. The land plot spans some 25,400 m², half of which is cleared and half of which is woodland. In addition to the main house there is a spacious guesthouse, three garages, stables, a swimming pool with a bathhouse and a tennis court with a small pavilion. This dwelling is absolutely ideal for anyone seeking tranquillity and the convenience of good connections to Munich and the airport, as well as to the Tegernsee lake and the mountains. The estate would also make a beautiful rural haven for family life and holidays. The numerous outbuildings offer ample space and could be used for a variety of uses. The amenities on offer also lend themselves to the rearing of horses. E&V ID: W-021FBT
A Dream in White in Waldtrudering
This luxurious residence, built in a striking Bauhaus style, is situated at a very peaceful address in the desirable Munich neighbourhood known as Waldtrudering. It is particularly impressive for its split-level design and its large, light-flooded interior spaces. The living room alone spans some 94 m2 in size. Extensive renovation work was carried out in 2012 and 2013, culminating in the creation of the ‘Villa in White’. A designer kitchen fitted with high-end appliances was installed, and all the bathrooms in the house were fully refurbished. The option is also available to reinstate a pool area in the property’s home spa. With a total interior of approx. 516 m2, there is also ample scope here for combining work and home life under one roof. Shielded from the road, this property also affords uncompromised privacy to its residents. E&V ID: W-024HOO
