Christian Völkers, CEO/ Founder of Engel & Völkers AG, has given an interview to the international specialist magazine “European Business” in which he talks about his definition of success, the so-called “Engel & Völkers Fibel” (Engel & Völkers handbook), the standardised service concept, the various business divisions, and the role that polo plays for Engel & Völkers. “The [handbook] is the key to our corporate success. When I wrote it many years ago, I already listed the required parameters for a uniform brand identity, from the corporate design to the individual service procedures,” said Christian Völkers in the interview.
