Description

Set in the serene village of Binissalem, this architectural masterpiece emerges from the landscape not as an imposition, but as a natural extension of its surroundings. Framed by the dramatic, sweeping peaks of the Tramuntana mountains, the estate redefines the concept of quiet luxury—a living, breathing work of art where every sightline has been carefully curated and every detail whispers of understated elegance. The residence is a tactile masterclass in Mediterranean minimalism. A deliberate dialogue between island heritage and contemporary clarity is struck through the use of noble materials: the cool, grounding touch of natural stone underfoot and bespoke, handcrafted basins that honor local artisanship. The ground floor unfolds as a sequence of light-filled, open-plan volumes. Here, a state-of-the-art kitchen—anchored by a monolithic island and a discreet pantry—flows effortlessly into the living and dining spaces, joined by a secluded en-suite guest room. Ascending to the private quarters, the upper level reveals three serene en-suite bedrooms, crowned by a master sanctuary that is as much a design statement as it is a place of profound rest. The choreography of indoor-outdoor living is seamless. Living spaces dissolve into a meticulously curated Mediterranean garden, where the silver leaves of centuries-old olive trees and the estate’s own private vineyards root the property in its rich viticultural heritage. The pièce de résistance of the grounds is a striking 3.50 by 25-meter swimming pool—a sleek, reflective ribbon of water designed to mirror the sky, perfect for both serious lap swimming and languid afternoons under the Balearic sun. The estate's footprint is thoughtfully expanded by a versatile 61-square-meter independent annex, offering an ideal canvas for an artist’s studio or a secluded guest pavilion, alongside a generously proportioned 60-square-meter enclosed double garage. Beneath the main residence, a formidable 91-square-meter subterranean level presents an opportunity for ultimate indulgence. Already housing an elegant wine cellar for local vintages and a dedicated laundry suite, its expansive dimensions are primed to be transformed into a private wellness spa, a bespoke gym, or an intimate screening room. Uncompromising in its modern capabilities, the home is a triumph of sustainable luxury; it operates with quiet efficiency via a state-of-the-art solar panel array, complemented by Endesa mains electricity and a private water well. Invisible layers of comfort—from advanced home automation to underfloor climate control and integrated air conditioning—ensure the environment responds intuitively to its inhabitants across every season. An estate of rare pedigree and profound tranquility. A true collector's item for those who seek beauty, privacy, and an authentic connection to the Mallorcan landscape.

Location: Sencelles, Balearic Islands

The municipality of Binissalem is located in the centre of the island, has more than 8.800 inhabitants and stands out for its stone architecture; the well-known Binissalem stone, and for its production of high-quality wine with the denomination of origin in its wines, as well as its beautiful landscape. In Binissalem you will find the famous José Ferrer winery, with a wide variety of wines and a wide range of food and wine experiences. It has a wide gastronomic offer, we recommend Restaurante Terra di Vino, which is one of the favourites amongst locals and tourists, serving top quality food. Its flat valleys offer relatively easy routes for hiking and cycling, and the surrounding mountains offer breath-taking views. Many also enjoy visiting the local vineyards for tours and tastings. It has two main events that take place every year, the wine festival "Festa des Vermar", which is held in September, and an annual demonstration of stonemasonry craftsmen, which is usually held in May. It is about 25 minutes from the airport, as well as 30 minutes from the centre of Palma and its beaches, making it ideal for nature lovers who don't want to stray too far from life in the capital.
