200-Year-Old Mill Turned Artist’s Riverside Haven

Two centuries ago, flour was milled and timber sawn here. Today, the Saint-Isidore mill welcomes a new art of living. Restored with deep respect for its soul and original materials, its living area has become a true art gallery, with a raised podium, 18-ft ceilings and exposed beams. On the grounds, a second building with a greenhouse was designed as a creative space: studio, conference room, office and woodworking shop. Here, the artist can work, exhibit and entertain in an inspiring setting. The whole property sits on a vast 77,952 sq. ft. landscaped lot, bordered by the river and a dam, just 20 minutes from the bridges.
