A multitude of lifestyles are provided from family to executive professionals who require offices at home and big entertaining space as well as a private guest suite (provided in the lower level). The art collector will love the expansive walls and natural light and families will gather in the 2nd floor family/media room when not enjoying sitting around the expansive kitchen eating island The cook(s) in the household will never want to leave this kitchen and it is a showplace for entertaining intimate gatherings or large events. The romantic private 3rd floor is an oasis of luxury and serenity. Sitting under the stars on your own private terrace  or enjoying the spa like en-suite bathroom to a private room for yoga /gym makes an inclusive luxurious principal bedroom suite.  There is a lovely rear deck that runs off the main floor and enjoyed from the interior of the home . Bringing the outside in and expanding the visual sense of spacious. The deck steps down to the private garden area where you will find tucked into a corner a large sauna that you will enjoy in all seasons . Smart Home Technology The smart home is controlled by the processor tower in the basement storage room. The system is called Control4.  The entire house is wired up into nine zones, including the master shower, ground floor, back patio, and third-floor deck.  Music from any app like Spotify, Apple or Amazon music, can be sent through the Control4 app to each zone in the house.  The tower is also designed to hold any receivers for Rogers or Bell TV, and can push this video and audio to any of the TVs within the house. This video feature is not currently set up, but is easily added if they choose. The furnace, blinds, lights, alarm system, and anything else they choose in the house can also be controlled through this main processor in the basement.
