Lachute, Québec

Going from the living room to the cockpit in just a few steps is a lifestyle offered by very few addresses in Quebec. At Lachute Aeropark, it becomes a reality. Set on a large, wooded 30,000 sq. ft. lot with no rear neighbours, this unique steel-frame property features a spacious 47 x 48 ft. aircraft hangar with a 44 x 14 ft. door, and a generous two-bedroom residence upstairs, with direct access to the +/- 4,000-ft. runway. A security gate controls access to the development. Designed and occupied by its original pilot-owners, every detail was carefully considered, including heated floors, a sunroom, an elevator and a detached double garage.
