Scenic Ocean Views Near Camaronal Beach and Turtle Sanctuary

Lot 8 is situated on the lower slope of the Montaña Sector within La Reserva Camaronal (LRC), with access from Las Baulas Drive. The future driveway will be approximately 220 meters from the main entrance and gate of the Montaña Sector. This lot boasts breathtaking ocean views, framed by several trees, and features gently sloping terrain, perfect for an internal driveway and terraced building site.
