Santo Domingo Sea Breeze

Positioned in the hills between Sámara and the village of Santo Domingo, this contemporary container residence sits on a 1,999 sqm property (21,517 sq ft) less than ten minutes from Sámara Beach and its restaurants, shops, and everyday amenities. Elevated above the coastline, the setting offers open ocean views, tropical breezes, and a quiet perspective over the surrounding landscape. The home spans approximately 248 sqm (2,669 sq ft) across three levels and is designed from four interconnected shipping containers. Clean architectural lines are paired with open circulation and flexible living spaces, connected by light metal staircases that complement the contemporary industrial design. The dwelling is approximately 85 percent complete, providing a strong structural and architectural foundation while allowing the future owner to finish the interiors according to their own vision. The land is arranged across two ocean-view terraces. The residence occupies the upper platform to maximize the panorama, while the lower terrace offers space for landscaping, outdoor living, or a future pool. On the ground level, two containers create flexible layout options. The front container opens toward the ocean and could become a bedroom or studio with a balcony. The rear container, currently used for storage, could be finished as another bedroom or a small independent apartment. The covered space between them may remain parking or be enclosed to expand the interior. The second level forms the main living floor with an open central living area, framed by two containers designed for bedrooms with private bathrooms. Both rooms open onto a shared balcony overlooking the ocean and surrounding jungle. Above, a third level captures an even wider coastal view and could be finished as a lounge, creative retreat, or private primary suite with its own terrace. Large windows and sliding doors are already installed, bringing natural light and framing the view. The property has public water, with the option for grid electricity or solar, and the land is fully fenced. An opportunity to complete a modern tropical home above the coast, shaped to your own vision
