We are offering for rent an unfurnished, bright, and cozy 2-bedroom apartment (43.36 m²) on the first floor in Jižní Předměstí, which has been completely renovated and is ready for immediate move-in. Rent: 13,000 CZK; utility deposits settled annually: 600 CZK per person per month. Utilities include garbage collection, cleaning and lighting of common areas, water, and sewage. The advance payment for heating is 1,800 CZK/month. Electricity is billed to the tenant.
