The apartment has undergone a costly renovation by an architect and has a practical layout: the entrance area consists of an open concept that connects the living room, the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an electronically controlled push system, Siemens appliances, a wine cellar, a coffee machine and an induction hob with integrated hood. There is also a bedroom with a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom.
