We are offering for rent an unfurnished, bright, and cozy 2-bedroom apartment (71.16 m²) in Jižní Předměstí that has been completely renovated and is ready for immediate move-in. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Upon entering the spacious hallway (11.47 m²), there is a bathroom on the right with a shower and a toilet separated by a partition (4.89 m²). Opposite the front door is a separate, non-walk-through room (10.22 m²). At the end of the hallway is the entrance to a room (18 m²), where everything is ready for the installation of a kitchen unit, which is currently not installed but has been prepared by the owner for installation if the tenant so desires.
