We offer long-term rent of a newly renovated apartment with a layout of 2+kt with panoramic views. The apartment is located in a residence with reception, the location provides excellent transport access to the city centre (20 minutes by tram from Chodovská stop) or to Bohdalecký Les (Forest), which is only 5 minutes on foot. The apartment has new built-in customized furniture, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, parking space in the underground garage and a basement unit. Apartment layout: - Entrance hall with built-in wardrobe - Living room with dining area and access to the balcony with a view - Kitchenette with all appliances and access to the loggia - Bedroom with built-in wardrobe and double bed with access to the balcony - Bathroom with bathtub with shower head - Separate toilet The fees associated with using the apartment are 3 500 CZK + energy transfer to the tenant. The deposit is two monthly rents. Commission to the real estate agent is 1 monthly rent + VAT.
