We are offering for rent an unfurnished, bright, and cozy 3-room apartment (71.16 m²) in Jižní Předměstí that has been completely renovated and is ready for immediate move-in. The apartment is located on the first floor. Upon entering the spacious hallway (11.47 m²), there is a bathroom on the right with a shower and a toilet separated by a partition (4.89 m²). Opposite the entrance door is a separate, non-walk-through room (10.22 m²). At the end of the hallway is the entrance to a room (18 m²), where everything is ready for the installation of a kitchen unit, which is currently not installed but has been prepared by the owner for installation if the tenant so desires. From this room, there is access to the last room (22.3 m²). There are also two separate storage areas in the hallway (2.67 and 1.61 m²).
