The layout of the apartment consists of a spacious entrance hall, two separate non-walk-through rooms oriented towards the street, and a kitchenette located in the hallway. The kitchen is partially equipped and does not have a dishwasher. The apartment includes a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Heating and water heating are provided by a separate gas boiler. Thanks to its layout, the apartment is suitable for both a couple and potential roommates. Fees are 1,000 CZK / person per month; electricity and gas are transferred to the tenant. Estimated energy costs are approximately 3,000 CZK per month. The refundable security deposit is equal to two months' rent. The real estate agency commission is one month's rent + VAT.
