It provides plenty of space for wardrobes, a bed, and a living area.  The room is oriented to a quiet courtyard. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, there is also a washing machine. Heating is local gas, water heating is provided by an electric boiler.  It is not possible to declare permanent residence in the apartment. Rented unfurnished. The price of fees is set at 800 CZK per person per month, and gas and electricity are transferred to the tenant.  The deposit is set at two monthly rents.
