We offer for immediate rent a bright 3+kt apartment situated in a historic apartment building in the center of Old Town. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (3rd floor above ground) of a building without an elevator. The layout of the apartment consists of an entrance hall, two separate non-walk-through bedrooms, and a living room with a kitchenette. The kitchen is almost fully equipped but does not have a dishwasher. The apartment includes a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Heating and water heating are provided by a separate gas boiler. Thanks to its layout, the apartment is suitable for a couple, a family, or potential roommates. Fees are 1,000 CZK / person per month; electricity and gas are transferred to the tenant. Estimated energy costs are approximately 3,000 CZK per month. The refundable security deposit is equal to two months' rent. The real estate agency commission is one month's rent + VAT.
