The self contained retail unit is divided into a sales area and the back of house has a cloakroom/storage area, office/storage area, kitchen, toilet and sink. The owner does not wish a gastro operation, the space can also be used as an office. The unit has its own gas boiler and electricity meter which the tenant will transfer to themselves. Water is billed according to consumption, no other charges. Lights, internet and trash are arranged by the tenant. The cooperative provides regular waste collection. The rent is 110,000 CZK/month (negotiable), the rent is exempt from VAT according to §56a of Act 235/2004. Security deposit two (2) monthly rents (negotiable).
