We offer for rent a warehouse space in Čakovice in a modern two-storey low-energy building, where the emphasis was placed on architectural purity. The total built-up area is 991 m2. The area is completely fenced and has a separate entrance. The entrance is located in the middle of the building for convenient client access. On the ground floor you will find a warehouse area with a floor made of polished wire concrete, which has a load capacity of 10t/m2, and a clear height of 3.5 meters. The entrance allows the opening of 8 sectional doors. When a comfortable temperature is found, the warehouse is equipped with two gas condensing units.
