We are offering a small, compact studio apartment with built-in furniture for long-term rent, located just a few minutes’ walk from Pankrác (Arkády Pankrác shopping center, Metro Line C). The apartment is fully furnished, and thanks to its well-thought-out layout with a bunk bed, it provides a fully functional living space, including a living area with a sofa, a sleeping area with a large mattress, storage space in the entryway, and a kitchenette with appliances (built-in refrigerator, electric stove). The entire space faces a quiet courtyard, where there are common areas for all residents of the building. Across the hallway is a small room (2 m²) with a washing machine and additional storage space. The advance payment for building maintenance fees is 1,600 CZK; the tenant is responsible for electricity costs. The current advance payment for electricity is 1,200 CZK.
