We offer for rent a modern bright apartment in a popular location in Vršovice. The apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated apartment building with a lift. The apartment consists of an entrance hall and a spacious living room connected to the kitchen from where there is a view of the park Havlíčkovy Sady. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all appliances such as a dishwasher, hot air oven, microwave, induction hob, and large fridge with freezer. Furthermore, the apartment consists of one bedroom facing the courtyard, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet with access from the hallway. The apartment has a gas boiler for heating and water heating.  The apartment is rented unfurnished. The apartment does not have a cellar or garage, parking is possible on the blue zones in front of the house.   Fees are 2 600 CZK per month, and electricity and gas are transferred to the tenant. The deposit is set at three monthly rents. The commission to the real estate agent is one monthly rent + VAT.
