Nebušice: Location and surroundings of this plot

Nebušice is a municipal district and cadastral area, and since 1990 under the name Praha-Nebušice also a city district in the northwest of the capital city of Prague, with an area of 368.07 ha. The first mention of the village Nebušice dates back to 1273. In the 20th century, Prague-Nebušice began to grow thanks to the bus connection, a number of family houses and villas were built here. At the beginning of the 21st century, the rapid development of Nebušice, especially in their eastern part (although the new construction is beginning to appear also on the western edge). The city district is experiencing a similar development as some municipalities around the metropolis (such as Jesenice, Hostivice, and Zeleneč), ie the construction of so-called satellite towns (here Malá Šárka). Directly in Nebušice is all civic amenities including schools (kindergarten, elementary school + International School of Prague) and supermarket. The location is easily accessible by car (nearby Prague ring road and Evropská street) or by public transport bus and with an easy access to Václav Havel Airport Prague.
