Beskrivelse

In the picturesque center of Alaró, this lovingly renovated village house presents itself as a true gem. The property combines traditional Mallorcan character with pleasant living comfort and, thanks to the existing holiday rental license, also offers an attractive investment opportunity. During the renovation, great importance was placed on preserving and stylishly highlighting original details such as historic tiles, wooden doors, exposed ceiling beams, and elegant arches. The result is an authentic atmosphere full of charm and history. The house extends over three floors and impresses with a clearly structured, versatile layout: On the ground floor, an inviting entrance hall welcomes you. From here you reach a separate room, ideal as a home office, cloakroom, or guest room, and featuring an integrated guest WC. The open-plan dining area with integrated kitchen forms the central meeting point of the house and offers direct access to the cozy garden. With Mediterranean trees providing pleasant shade in summer, it invites you to linger—a wonderful place to sit together outdoors and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The outdoor area is complemented by a practical garden shed. The first floor offers a bedroom with access to the garden, a bathroom, a storage room, and another bedroom. From this one reaches an additional room that can be used flexibly as a single room, dressing room, or workspace. In the attic there are two further rooms: one with an en-suite shower room, the other with access to a sunny terrace with lovely views of the surrounding mountains. This room is ideal as an additional living area or retreat. Features: Air conditioning in the bedrooms, a wood-burning stove in the dining area for cozy warmth, electric radiators, and double-glazed windows. A nearby garage parking space can optionally be purchased additionally. This charming village house is ready for occupancy and is suitable both as a private retreat and as an attractive holiday property in a central location in Alaró. Placering: Alaró, De Baleariske Øer

The picturesque village of Alaró is located in a quiet valley between two well-known mountains in the south of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is located in the centre of the island of Mallorca and currently has more than 5,700 inhabitants. It is about 20 minutes from the centre of Palma, as well as from the nearest beaches and the airport. It has numerous restaurants, as well as our beautiful Engel & Völkers office in the town square. It stands out for its old architecture and beautiful cobbled streets in the oldest part of the village, as well as for the surrounding nature. Alaró is home to a weekly market every Saturday, where one can find local fresh produce and clothes. In addition, its inhabitants of different nationalities give it a great cultural diversity. One of the most famous sights is the Castell d'Alaró, which is situated on the top of the mountain at an altitude of 822 metres and is listed as a site of cultural interest. The castle has stunning views of the Mallorcan countryside and as far as the bay of Palma, and is about two hours' walk from the centre of the village. It is a popular village for cyclists and hikers as it has some of the best routes on the island. The most important industry for the village was the shoe industry, which once numbered 30 factories, and today still includes the workshop of Tony Mora, world famous for his handmade cowboy boots.
