Engel & Völkers flagship store opens opposite the opera house in Munich

For two years already, the real estate company Engel & Völkers Munich has been represented in Residenzstrasse 23. Now, EuV Residential Lizenzholding has expanded its concept to include a first-of-its-kind flagship store. With immediate effect, clients have the opportunity to immerse themselves on-site in the lifestyle that the global brand represents. With the grand opening of the new brand world lounge opposite the opera house, which was attended by many prominent guests, the company has doubled its existing floor space to around 350 sqm. The classic real estate business with 20 experienced consultants remains on the second floor, while the ground floor and first floor are reserved for visitors wishing to experience the flair of the Engel & Völkers brand in the framework of an elaborately staged lifestyle presentation with large video screen: High-end properties, yachts, aircraft and polo sports activities are screened here throughout the day, visualising the core competencies of the company, whose brand embodies exclusivity and passion.
