Söll / Scheffau / Ellmau: Location and surroundings of this property

Ellmau is located between the limestone crags of the Wilder Kaiser in the north and the Hartkaiser in the south, at an altitude of 820 m. It is at the base of the Wilder Kaiser nature reserve and approx. 15 km from Kitzbühel.
The town is a sports area in both summer and winter.
Ellmau has a 27-hole golf course, a large swimming pool complex and is part of the extensive ski resort SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental, which is one of the largest ski resorts in Europe. By car, you can reach Munich, Salzburg or Innsbruck in around an hour.
