For those who are not looking for a classic holiday apartment in a ski area, but rather seek a retreat in the mountains to chill out and let their body and soul be pampered, they will find it here: the guest rooms of the former alpine guesthouse have been transformed and converted into a spacious and appealing holiday refuge. It now consists of three living units. The largest apartment (Top 1) with a living surface of approx. 159 sqm, stands out with its large glass front and huge terrace facing south. The panoramic views towards the mountainsides of the Montafon and the Silvretta also stretch from the Brandnertal up to the Rhätikon and are simply fantastic. The large bathroom with its freestanding bath and its fireplace offers a very special touch of luxury. The equipment of the apartment is characterised by a modern and alpine charm. A spacious storage and technical room provides plenty of space for winter supplies. The apartment has been completed with the exception of some residual work which will be done by the seller.

The alpine charm can also be found in the completely renovated 53-sqm flat facing west (Top 2) and planned either for the owners’ guests or for renting to holiday guests. The third flat (Top 3) with 30 sqm living space has not been converted and renovated yet. It served in the meantime as a workshop and material storage for the remodelling of the other two apartments, and could give rise to another flat, a sauna or a storage room.

All three apartments have an unlimited holiday permit!


Bludenz: Location and surroundings of this property

These three living units are located on the Muttersberg mountain, 1,309 metres above sea level with an outstanding views and sun orientation.

The new „Muttersberg“ mountain restaurant, also providing a sun terrace, a bar and a playground for children is situated right next to the Muttersbergbahn top station, nearly 100 metres higher and 700 metres away.

The Muttersberg is a popular leisure and recreational destination for families who simply want to enjoy the natural surroundings and savour the tranquillity, but also for active people – hikers, paragliders and particularly mountain bikers are drawn to this idyllic mountain. The new „Singletrail Muttersberg“, the longest mountain bike downhill trail in Vorarlberg ensures five kilometres driving fun and adrenalin.

The access by car is possible at all times in the summer, using a cooperative path. In the winter, depending on snow conditions, the access requires a four-wheel drive vehicle. The Muttersbergbahn (cable car) runs every day during summer and only on weekends during the winter. With heavy snow conditions, it can only be accessed during the week with snow shoes, touring skis or quad.

Shopping facilities can be found in the valley in Bludenz, where the Muttersberg bottom station is located.
