Ebbs / Niederndorf / Walchsee: Location and surroundings of this property

The picturesque town of Walchsee, on the lake of the same name, offers perfect conditions for sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation. The warmest lake in Tyrol and the impressive Kaiser Mountains offer countless opportunities to enjoy this unique region, both in summer and winter.
Golf lovers will find a true Eldorado for their favourite sport on the 9-hole Walchsee Moarhof course, which is located in the last untouched raised moor area in northern Tyrol, or on the two neighbouring 18-hole courses in Kössen (Kaiserwinkl and Peternhof). The lake offers optimal conditions for water sports enthusiasts. Swimming, windsurfing, water skiing or stand-up paddling – everything is possible.
In summer, the region can also be explored on one of the outstanding mountain bike routes, with panoramic views over the Kaiserwinkl region. After an active day, you can relax in the evening on the banks of Lake Walchsee and enjoy the sunset. Naturally, the region around Lake Walchsee also offers many options in winter. The ski areas of Hoch-Kössen and Zahmer Kaiser are nearby and the well-developed cross-country skiing trail network in the Kaiserwinkl region has a lot to offer winter athletes.
The town of Walchsee and the surrounding Kaiserwinkl region are very well developed for tourism. High-end hotels and restaurants are located here, as are small shops and boutiques for a relaxed shopping trip. The fortress city of Kufstein, close to the Bavarian border, St. Johann in Tyrol and Kitzbühel, the most legendary sports city in the Alps, are only a few minutes' drive away.
Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck, with their international airports, are each only approx. 1 to 1.5 hours away by car.

1. Unser Angebot erfolgt aufgrund der uns vom Auftraggeber erteilten Auskünfte. Eine Haftung für die Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit können wir nicht übernehmen. Irrtum und Zwischenverkauf/-vermietung bleiben vorbehalten.

2. Unsere Angebote sind ausschließlich für den Angebotsempfänger bestimmt. Bei Weitergabe an Dritte ohne unsere Zustimmung ist der Angebotsempfänger zur Zahlung der vollen Provision verpflichtet, wenn der Dritte, an den die Maklerinformation weitergegeben wird, das Geschäft abschließt.

3. Wir sind berechtigt, auch für den anderen Vertragsteil provisionspflichtig tätig zu werden.

6. Es gilt österreichisches Recht, Gerichtsstand ist Kitzbühel.
