The building was repeatedly renovated over the years 1955, 1977, 1984, 1994 until it was renovated in 2003 and is now used as a restaurant on the ground floor and apartments on the two upper floors.
The apartment for sale was renovated by the owners with great attention to detail in 2020 and has since been rented out to tourists. Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a leisure residence permit and can therefore only be used as a main residence or for renting out. You can reach the apartment on the first floor via the staircase on the east side. North - from Munich via A95 and B2 in about 1.5 hours.
Innsbruck Airport - only about 25 minutes drive.
