In summer you can conquer the Venet massif on foot, and paragliders love the view of Zams from above. A popular excursion destination is the Kronburg castle ruins with the Mariahilf pilgrimage church on the Way of St. James. For cyclists of all kinds, racing bikes, MTBs or e-bikes, there is the Inn Cycle Path Engadin-Passau, the Etsch Cycle Path Innsbruck to Venice and also the Via Claudia August variant, from Donauwörth to the Adriatic Sea.
The “Zammer Water World” gives visitors an insight into the power of water by means of a show power plant, a water fountain or a Kneipp facility.
