Seefeld Region: Location and surroundings of this property

The small community Gießenbach b. Scharnitz is located on the connecting route from Seefeld to Garmisch-Partenkirchen in Bavaria, near the source of the Isar. At Scharnitz, the Karwendel, Hinterau and Gleirschtal merge with the Isar valley. As a gateway to the Alpenpark Karwendel and its many excursion possibilities, the region has a lot to offer. On the one hand there are the 41 km of ski slopes of the "Olympiaregion Seefeld" and in the valley there is a cross-border network of cross-country trails right at the entrance to the Alpenpark Karwendel. The beautiful community "Gießenbach" offers the desired peace and privacy, along with very good access to shopping and leisure activities:

Seefeld i.T. - 10 mins
Innsbruck - approx. 35 minutes
Salzburg - approx. 1.5 hours

6. Es gilt österreichisches Recht, Gerichtsstand ist Innsbruck.
