The Ziller Valley offers a variety of leisure activities for all who seek challenges both in mountainbiking and alpine climbing or long for 700 km prepared slopes in winter. In addition to that the Ziller Valley is known for its proximity to the Hintertux Glacier, an all-year skiing paradise for the entire family.
Because of the even sections of the valley, there are numerous excellent cycle tracks and foot paths along the Ziller river.

The property is located in Schlitters which provides excellent living standards for its inhabitants. Thanks to fast motorway and train connections, the village is easy to access. Schlitters enables you to avoid the traffic hotspots in the Ziller Valley and to arrive at your home quickly and relaxed.
