Housing allowance: focus

There are many financial allowances and benefits for the construction, renovation or acquisition of a dwelling.  

These benefits attest to the determination of the Belgian State to enable a maximum number of people and families to acquire and/or improve their own home. The allowances and benefits to which you are entitled vary considerably from one region to the other.

There are moreover benefits from provinces, municipalities, and network managers.

A number of conditions usually have to be met  to qualify for an allowance.  They concern your taxable income, cadastral income, use of the dwelling, nature of the works, etc.
