Rolle is a municipality located in the district of Nyon and bordered by Lake Geneva. Founded in 1319 by Count Amadeus V of Savoy, this small town is located on around 274 hectares between Geneva and Lausanne. With an average price per square metre of 7,500 CHF or € 6,900 it is higher than in Montreux.
