Hünenberg-See: Location and surroundings of this property

The supermarket 'Spar', the S-Bahn train stop 'Zythus' and the lake with the magnificent Villette Park and Andreas Castle are all within easy reach. A post office branch is located in the immediate vicinity in the beverage market 'Schüwo'. Both the centre of Cham and the village of Hünenberg are only a few minutes drive away.
All the infrastructure for daily needs is available in nearby Cham; there are several grocery stores (Coop, Migros, Denner), a large post office, banks and various restaurants. The two nearby farmer shops on Hünenbergerstrasse sell organic fruit, vegetables and other specialities six days a week.
The Eichmatt primary school and kindergarten are within few minutes walking distance. The secondary school Ehret is located in Hünenberg village. There are international schools in Cham, Hünenberg, Rotkreuz, Baar and on the Zugerberg.
Tennis courts and many other sports activities as well as the popular 18-hole golf course Holzhäusern are nearby.
