Enjoy the Riviera of Lake Zug: Walchwil, a small, fine place that stretches from the lake to the Walchwilerberg and is also one of the preferred residential areas of the tax-favorable canton of Zug. Geissbächliweg is a quiet private road that ends in a cul-de-sac. The property 'Geissbächliweg' is located on the secluded 'Geissbächli' in a southwest oriented, unobstructable residential area with breathtaking lake and mountain views.

The village center is reachable within a few minutes driving. Through the Geissbächliweg you reach the village center and the train station Walchwil within short walking distance. Here you will find a grocery store, hairdresser, beauty salon, doctors, banks and the S-Bahn station. The lovely lakeside resort is especially appealing to Walchwil’s young residents.
