This beautiful apartment is located in one of the most beautiful winter and summer holiday resorts of Switzerland – Zermatt. The house was built in 1997. The spacious secondary residence is situated on the 2nd floor. Wooden windows and delicate colours, combined with an open and inviting floorplan, make the apartment comfortable and pleasant to live in a world class location. The Sunnegga ski lift and the Gornergratbahn station are only a few minutes away.
From the 3.5 room apartment with a total surface of approximately 115 m², you have a beautiful view on the Matterhorn. Through the corridor you enter the bright living and dining area. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a granite countertop, a ceramic glass cooktop and a dishwasher. Facing the living room, there is a nice kitchen bar to eat breakfast or a snack or simply to enjoy the conversation with your guests while preparing dinner. The living room has access to the sunny, south-west orientated balcony. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, one with access to the balcony. Two large bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, are available.
In front of the house there is a large well-kept lawn which is surrounded by a garden fence and is used jointly. The attractive building accommodates an elevator. On the ground floor is a private cellar compartment as well as a ski room, a bicycle room and a laundry room for common use.


Zermatt: Location and surroundings of this property

Zermatt is car-free but can be reached by train or a personal car with a licence. The village is located at 1610 meters above the sea in Mattertal and is well known for a mountaineering and as the ski resort of the Swiss Alps. The village is popular from the prominent guests and you can always find some entertainment like concerts, performances of DJ’s from around the world and exhibitions during the day and at the night. The tourist destination is reachable with Matterhorn-Gotthard-Bahn. The trains run regularly from Visp, Brig and Täsch. The nearest airport is in Sion, where private jets can take off and land. Swiss services flights between Sion and London. There is as well the possibility to fly from Sion to Zermatt with helicopter.
