Crans-Montana is one of the world’s best-known ski resorts located in the Valais and is beautifully situated on a sunny south facing plateau in the Swiss Alps at 1500 meter above sea level.
Next to its amazing slopes and possibilities to ski, it also offers a great variety of activities like hiking, down hill biking, tennis, horseback riding or just simply shopping in one of its many shops and exclusive boutiques. The famous golf course offers in winter many beautiful cross-country ski trails, luge trails as well as a slope for the youngest amongst us. During the summer season it features one of the most challenging golf courses, a hangout for the world’s most talented players during the Omega Golf Masters. It is an unforgettable experience for every golf player to play this course with its breathtaking views over the Valais and the Alps.
During the day and in the evenings, you’ll be seduced to visit one of many restaurants, bars, cafes or tearooms. There is a large culinary variety, ranging from typically Swiss and international fare to world class Michelin star restaurants. After dinner Crans-Montana offers recreation in various clubs as well in the movie theater. World-class education for your children is offered by the well-known international (boarding-) school "The Regent Crans-Montana College". Crans-Montana is easy to reach via the motorway A9 to Sierre, followed by a charming short drive through splendid vineyards up to the resort. By train you can reach the station via Sierre from Geneva or Zurich airport. Between Sierre and Crans transport is available by funicular (12 minutes) and several bus connections. The nearest airports are Geneva, Zurich and Milan at approximately 2 or 3 hours distance each. Sion airport which is only 25 minutes away is available for private jets and for commercial flights.
